Research Assistants/Interns

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive legal, forensic, and market research to support investigations. Analyze data from open-source intelligence (OSINT) platforms and other research tools to extract actionable insights. Assist in drafting detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Research Assistants/Interns
Support due diligence and asset trace investigations by collecting, collating, and analyzing relevant information. Monitor legal and corporate compliance updates that impact client operations. Perform competitor and market intelligence analysis as part of strategic intelligence services.

Required Skills:

Strong research and analytical skills. Proficiency in OSINT tools and techniques (training can be provided for freshers). Excellent drafting and report writing skills. Knowledge of corporate governance principles and investigative methodologies. Familiarity with due diligence and compliance frameworks. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates (law or forensic sciences) with a demonstrated interest in intelligence or investigations. Experience (up to 2 years) in legal research, compliance, or corporate intelligence preferred. An investigative mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work in unpredictable and high-pressure situations. Strong work ethic and commitment to confidentiality. Must be willing to join immediately or within 15 days. Open to working in an office environment.
